Platinum- 24/7 on site service and support on all equipment and/or software, 24/7 phone support, Preventive maintenance, software updates, additional training, question and answer meeting.
Gold- 8am-4pm on site service and support on all equipment and/or software, 24/7 phone support, Preventive maintenance, software updates.
